Foundation Training (FT) is a movement-based program developed by Dr. Eric. Goodman, chiropractor.

FT targets the body's foundational muscles to:

  • Improve posture and alignment

  • Enhance core strength and stability

  • Increase flexibility and range of motion

  • Reduce chronic pain and inflammation

  • Boost energy and athletic performance

Through a series of simple yet powerful exercises, you'll: Engage your core and pelvic floor, release tension in your neck, shoulders, and back, and optimize breathing and relaxation. With practice, you will begin to integrate FT movement patterns into daily activities for greater mobility + ease.

 All are welcome: You will be supported in adapting the practice to your own needs and interests.

Yin Yoga

Deep | Still | Spacious

Yin Yoga provides a balance and compliment to your yang/vinyasa practice.

Practiced in a comfortably warm room, yin poses focus on the spine, hips, shoulders, joints and the deeper plastic tissues that connect and separate the bones and muscles.

The practice is on the floor {mostly}. And the experience requires time, depth and stillness.

Yin yoga is proven to maintain healthy joints, increase range of motion, create long, lean muscle tone + break down pesky scar tissue. In addition, yin yoga counters your daily stress + commotion with mental stillness and meditation.
