Join Tracy for a break-down of the yoga basics.
This workshop will take you step-by-step through the fundamental ideas + key elements of a yoga practice. You’ll have the opportunity to try things out, ask questions and get answers.
We will cover the names and shapes of the poses for Sun A and B, basic balancing poses, a backbend and hip opener. Oh! And of course, SAVASANA! {That’s the rest at the end of class.}
