This conversation + experience will deepen your knowledge of the pregnant body.
We will move through each trimester - the physical + physiological changes of the mother, how the baby is growing and developing, and how you can keep them {mama + baby} safe during a yoga class.

The benefits of yoga for mama during pregnancy
How prenatal yoga can help with labor + birth
Proper alignment and modifications of asana for the pregnant body during each trimester
Appropriate pranayama + meditation techniques
Utilizing props during each trimester
Contraindications for each trimester
Key asanas for each trimester
The core, pelvic floor + common issues and concerns
This training will be offered in-studio and live via Zoom.
