We've got an afternoon planned to take you from beginner to ALL IN!!
You'll be directed through four short wellness experiences:
1) Fitness Intro: Barre + Pilates
2) Yoga: Flow + Gentle
3) Energy: Kundalini
4) Quiet: Yin + Meditation
There will be time for Q+A. AND you'll be treated to snacks - and a little swag!
So grab your mat or borrow one of ours - Grab a friend or come alone - But kick off your Fall w Fitness at Studio 108!
