Our throat chakra spins at the center of our throat and houses the ability to communicate our emotions through speech. This space is often off balance as we rarely have a safe space to speak our true feelings.
Join Kaley as we move through a yoga practice to release stagnant emotions, open up to our truth and enjoy a space of non-judgment.
We'll start with a throat chakra opening flow, followed by free writing to jot down anything that came up for you during our movement practice.
Afterwards, the space will be open to anyone who would like to share their feelings, whether it be in poetry form or just as voiced thoughts.
You'll walk away feeling supported in your release and free from the weight of anything you've been holding on to.
