Join Kaley as we break it all down:
Week 2 (Vinyasa) will consist of a vinyasa break down, learning high plank, low plank, cobra, and down dog variations to find what works best for your practice.
Week 3 (Warriors) will be all about warriors! Breaking down Warrior I, II, and III to determine how to do the pose and the best version of the pose for you and your practice.
Week 4 (Balance) will consist of balance, how to modify, how to nail it, and tips on how to practice.
You do not need any previous yoga experience to attend any of these classes
