Using Meridians + Acupressure Points as a Complement + Support in Your Yoga Practice

  • Yoga 108: School of Yoga 1300 Weathervane Lane Suite 322 Akron, OH, 44313 United States (map)

Come and learn some basics about the meridians and acupressure points.  The meridians and acupressure points have much to show us about our organ systems and where we may be more or less connected with them.  Working with them will enhance and deepen your movement practice and expand your awareness beyond just your muscular skeletal system.
